Shipping Information

As part of our launch, all UK orders offer complimentary shipping and returns.

All shipping options offer step-by-step tracking with a signature upon delivery. 

 

Mainland UK (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales)

Premium (2 - 3 Business Days) - Free (Launch Promotion)

Premium Plus  (Next Business Day) - £7.50 (Free for orders over £200)

Special (Next Business Day Guaranteed by 1 pm) - £10 (Eligible orders must be placed before 4pm, Monday to Thursday only) 

 

European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & Sweden only) European countries that are not stated in this list are considered as Rest of World.

Returns Information

It is possible to return items within 14 days of receipt but please look to the ‘Return Conditions’ below before doing so.

Any items that do not meet the criteria, will be sent back to the customer.

 

Free Returns (UK Only)

Please complete the returns sheet labelled ‘Delivery Note’ (provided with your delivery envelope).

A Royal Mail Returns label will be included inside your parcel. Affix this over the original shipping address and please ensure that your parcel is secure and waterproof.

In the event your order arrives in a mailing box or Gift box, then your returns label can be found on a mailing sleeve located at the bottom of the parcel. Simply insert unwanted garments with your completed returns slip and deliver to your local post office branch.

 

Paid Returns

Please complete the returns sheet labelled ‘Delivery Note’ (provided in your invoice envelope).

Affix the return address label (provided in your invoice envelope) over the original shipping address.

To help reduce the cost of your return, we advise using alternative packaging, however please ensure that it is both secure and waterproof prior to sending. 

We recommend that returns are insured to the appropriate value of the garments being sent along with tracking which provides proof of its arrival. Also, be sure to retain your shipping/postage receipt until your return has arrived with us. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as it has been received.

 

Return Conditions

The product must be returned in perfect condition for resale

All Tags must remain attached to the garment

Anti-wardrobing ribbon must remain attached and untampered (No signs of damage or staining)

Garments must be sent back in a perfect saleable condition (Any Damaged, Worn, Stained or Soiled garments will not be accepted) along with all their packing contents

Items that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and sent back to you

 

Receiving a Refund

Upon approval, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. We estimate your refund to be credited in 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

Note: Please retain your shipping/postage receipt until you have received your refund. Refunds will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Due to the fluctuations in currency exchange rates, refunds may be higher or lower than the original sale price paid.
