Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we offer free returns for all UK orders during our a launch period.

 

Is it possible to change my delivery address?

It is possible to change your delivery address, but please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by clicking here.

 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

It is possible to cancel or amend your order but please contact us as soon as possible, as most orders are despatched the same day.

Notice: we are unable to combine orders or edit your billing address once the order has been placed.

Please contact us at customerservice@forpaul.com or simply click here and add “Cancel” or “Amend” with your order number in the subject section of your email. The order number is located in your order confirmation email.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As we are unable to provide an exact time-slot, we recommend you choose an address where you or someone will be available during these hours. If your order has not arrived in the estimated timeframe, then please contact us.

The below delivery options are estimates from your order's date of dispatch.

My order has not arrived yet

If you have not received your order in the timeframe below then please contact us. Please allow up to 24hrs for our customer service team to respond to your message.

Will I need to cover Customs and Import Fees for my order?

Our shipping services do not cover the cost of Customs and Import Fees.
When goods are imported into a different country or territory, there is a charge applied called a Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into. If customs duty is payable to your territory, you will be responsible for paying it to the authorities. Please bare in mind that each country/territory has different thresholds when charging imported goods. The factors depend on its value and the types of goods of being imported.

Return Conditions

The product must be returned in perfect condition for resale:

  • All Tags must remain attached to the garment.

  • Anti-wardrobing tags must remain attached and untampered.

  • Damaged, Worn, Stained or Soiled garments will not be accepted and sent back to you.

 

Am I able to exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges.

 

Can I use alternate returns packaging?

We do not require you to use the original packaging when returning your items.

However, please ensure that your return parcel is secure and waterproof and include a completed return reasons form inside your return.

This will be located in your invoice envelope.

 

Have you received my return?

Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to arrive with us and keep hold of your shipping/postage receipt until it has been confirmed. You will receive confirmation via email.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Upon approval, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. We estimate it to be credited in 7-10 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

Note: Please retain your shipping/postage receipt until you have received your refund.
